Onam Celebration 2023 of H.H.M.M.II Training College Adoor was held on 23 August 2023 at College Auditorium. It was a mind blowing experience for all the students. It was a moment of joy as we got an opportunity to celebrate onam with three batches of students. The festival officially started with a lovely floral arrangement (pookalam) in the welcome area that evoked Kerala's beauty and the glory of the rural past. The Pookalam was distinguished by its impressive designs and artistic ingenuity, which proved to be alluring and mesmerizing and drew everyone into a world of celebration and fun.

The College Union of 2022-23 initiated a massive entertaining Programme FIFA Fest on 21st and 22 nd August 2023. It was a combination of three programmes. Arts Fest, Film Fest and Food Fest. Arts Fest Programme was held on 21August 2023 as a whole day Programme. Sri Ajesh J (Sub Inspector of Police, Adoor) was the chief guest for the inauguration function. Sir encouraged all the students to explore their talents to achieve success in life. During the inauguration function, Sri. Gokul B, (College Union Chairman) delivered the presidential address. After the function, various programmes of the students were presented.  

 

Cognitive maps are helpful tool for both the teachers and the students in presenting complex ideas or concepts in an organized manner. In English language teaching, cognitive maps are helpful for a teacher to frame out the major aspects of a unit and its subunits. 

 

 

When we were assigned Vadakkadathucavu GVHSS in the first years of our teaching practice, we never thought that it would be a stepping stone in all our life. We could be a part of this school teaching team for about four months. Every day in the school had something new to teach us. We were at the same time could explore the different dimensions of students and teachers. It was not only training for High School Students but also for all types of students in an educational institution. First week of our teaching practice, we learned the overall structure of our school system. Then, we went further to the deep aspects of the school functioning in the second term of two months teaching practice.
